MJT LLC provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at mjtagedfinishes.com, communicate through email and phone, or purchase an MJT Product. By selecting “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions” you agree to the following conditions.

Please read these conditions carefully.

We offer a wide range of Services, and sometimes additional terms and fees may apply. When you order an MJT Custom Project for example, you also will be subject to the guidelines and costs that are subject to MJT’s approval and/or request.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use MJT Aged Finishes, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other MJT LLC, such as our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tik Tok, or Website Chat Platform, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available through MJT Aged Finishes, such as text, graphics, logos, merchandise, videos, physical products, emails & other communication is the property of MJT and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any MJT platform is the exclusive property of MJT and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

Any graphics, logos, merchandise, media content and service names included in or made available through MJT are trademarks or trade dress of MJT in the U.S. and other countries. MJT's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not MJT's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits MJT.

REVIEWS, SURVEYS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. MJT reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant MJT a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant MJT the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify MJT for all claims resulting from content you supply. MJT has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. MJT takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MJT Aged Finishes reserves the right to share or withhold any amount of Intellectual Property, production procedure, limitations, relationship with other companies & businesses, and product information from customers and the public.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from MJT Aged Finishes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS

MJT Aged Finishes does not offer refunds on any custom order or standard order projects.  A custom order or standard order project may be returned with approval by MJT for an exchange or credit towards any other product or service that MJT LLC offers. Custom and standard orders cannot be cancelled once they are started due to the fact that custom and standard order projects are unique in specifications to the individual customer. We consider a project to be started the day payment is received.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

MJT Aged Finishes attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MJT does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of MJT is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Product Description of any MJT Product is the best approximation of the Product you will receive upon purchase.

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER

Due to monitor settings and monitor pixel definitions, MJT cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but colors are approximations of actual colors.

AGING MATCHING DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of the custom aging procedure, MJT cannot guarantee that the aging you receive on your project will be an exact match to any references sent or specified by the customer. Each MJT order is viewed as artwork and is subject to MJT’s creative discretion to achieve the best possible, most authentic looking product possible. MJT uses references and descriptions to achieve the same feel and general level of aging.

PRODUCTION TIME DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of Custom Ordering, every Project at MJT can take a different amount of time to complete. MJT cannot guarantee that a Project, Stage of Production or communication will be completed by a specific date. MJT provides general estimates for how long it will take to complete Projects. However, they are subject to change and MJT cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimated date.

PRICING

"Base Price" means the current starting price of a product as provided by MJT. Certain products may have additional costs not displayed, which is determined by the options selected by the customer throughout the life of the Project. (Examples: specific hardware requests, custom Neck choices, Custom Body Routing combinations etc.) These charges may be invoiced at different times throughout from the time of Order Placement to Shipping.

Due to the nature of custom ordering, the price of a project is subject to change at the discretion of MJT.
